Victoria LoTurco

ASSOCIATE

Victoria LoTurco is an Associate at Bouklas & Associates PLLC. She focuses her practice on estate administration and litigation, guardianship, and real estate transactions. She assists clients with the probate and administration of estates, including the transferring of assets.

Victoria joined the Firm as a Law Clerk in 2015. Her work at the Firm includes assisting fiduciaries and beneficiaries with various proceedings in Surrogate’s Courts. She also helps to guide fiduciaries in the administration and settling of trusts and estates. Additionally, Victoria has also assisted clients with Article 17-A guardianship proceedings in Surrogate’s Courts.

While attending law school, Victoria worked as the Senior Litigation Paralegal for a boutique Personal Injury Law Firm specializing in motor vehicle accidents and construction accidents. She assisted the attorneys from pre-suit investigation through trial preparation.

During law school, Victoria was a member of the Courtroom Advocates Project (CAP), a volunteer program that trains and supervises law students to act as lay advocates for domestic violence victims seeking orders of protection in New York City family courts. She has also volunteered with the New York Legal Assistance Group (NYLAG) by assisting staff attorneys with client interviews while aboard the Mobile Legal Help Center.

Victoria received the Dean’s Award for Academic Excellence in Elder Law in 2015.

She received her Juris Doctor Degree from St. John’s University School of Law in 2016. She graduated Summa Cum Laude and received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Long Island University, C.W. Post Campus, in Criminal Justice in 2010.
