Philip founded the firm in 2011 after 15 years of practicing law in several other New York metropolitan area law firms. Philip’s goal in establishing the firm was to create a firm focused exclusively in the area of trusts and estates law, with an emphasis on client service and attention.

Sophia joined the firm as a partner in 2011 after a decade of practicing law as a trial attorney. Sophia chairs the probate and estate and trust administration department of the firm.

Marina is an associate attorney in the firm’s estate and wealth preservation department. Her practice is focused on guiding clients in passing wealth between generations in the most tax efficient manner, taking into account clients’ concerns and wishes.

Victoria is an associate attorney in the firm’s estate and trust administration department. Her practice is focused on the administration of estates and trusts, including probate and other court related proceedings.
